Donate Life Hollywood Inspire Awards
Inaugurated in 2009, the Donate Life Hollywood Inspire Awards celebrates stories of lives saved through organ donation as depicted through television and film. The event is a production of Donate Life Hollywood, a national initiative led by OneLegacy and designed to significantly decrease storylines that perpetuate key donation and transplantation myths.
The Donate Life Hollywood Inspire Awards engages TV and feature film writers, directors and producers; documentary filmmakers; entertainment leaders; film students; organ donor families and transplant recipients; transplant and trauma surgeons; and the general public as organ donation storylines are spotlighted for their potential to entertain, enlighten and inspire.
