We are so grateful for all you do to share the life-saving message of donation in our communities. As we prepare for an exciting Rose Parade season and a strong start to 2027, the OneLegacy Public Education team will be taking a short pause on new event requests that require staff support from our department from November 9, 2026, to January 15, 2027.
Here's what this means for you:
- Events that have already been submitted will be reviewed as per our standard process.
- We will still participate in any events already approved and scheduled during this time.
- Events with no cost that can be led entirely by ambassadors will still be considered. This is a great opportunity to shine and lead the way in your communities.
- New event requests that request Public Education staff support will not be scheduled until after the pause.
- Once we reopen, we will be approving events that take place on or after February 1, 2027.
- We know there are urgent and strategically beneficial events that might come up unexpectedly. We invite you to please send these opportunities to ambassador@onelegacy.org to be routed for Senior Leadership review.
We would love to see you at OneLegacy Donate Life Rose Parade Float decorating shifts and hope you will participate with us in the float season!
This brief pause gives our team the time to plan, dream, and prepare exciting opportunities for 2027 while celebrating one of our busiest and most inspiring seasons.
